PROVIDEAN RESPI 8 QUERATO

This vaccine belongs to the group

The perfect combination for the prevention of bovine respiratory disease complex (BRDC) and infectious bovine keratoconjunctivitis (IBK).

Respi 8 Querato is the most complete vaccine for the prevention of Bovine Respiratory Diseases (BRD) and Infectious Bovine Keratoconjunctivitis (IBK). These diseases are particularly aggressive in young animals, causing each animal affected by both diseases to lose up to 30 kg.

Vaccinating with Providean Respi 8 Querato before the appearance of the disease prevents BRDs and reduces the number and severity of cases of IBK.

Composition:

Dosage and application routes:

Apply 5 ml subcutaneously only. Shake frequently and before loading each syringe.

Suggested immunization schedule:

Calves: apply 2 doses starting at 3 months of age with an interval of 15 days between both doses. Revaccinate annually. If the calf is the offspring of a non-vaccinated mother, it is advisable to advance the vaccination to the second month of life to reduce the window period of exposure.

Fattening farms (feed lot, cattle grazing): before entry, apply 2 doses with an interval of 15 days between them. If there is no history of vaccination, it is recommended to keep the animals isolated until 15 days after the second dose.

Pregnant females: apply 2 doses during the 6th and 7th month of pregnancy to protect the calf indirectly (through the colostrum), until the calf receives its own vaccination schedule.

Other categories: Primo-vaccinated animals: apply 2 doses with an interval of 15 days. Revaccinate annually. When new animals enter the farm, apply 2 doses 30 and 45 days in advance. If this scheme is not possible, it is recommended to keep the animals apart from the general herd for 30 days, and to apply 2 doses with an interval of 15 days between them.
