Composition:
Each 1 ml dose of reconstituted vaccine contains attenuated viruses (TCID50%/dose): canine Distemper (≥104), canine Parvovirus (≥106.5), canine Adenovirus Type 2 (≥103), canine Parainfluenza (≥105), inactivated canine Coronavirus (≥105) and bacterins per dose of: Leptospira interrogans serovar Icterohaemorrhagiae (≥ 107), Leptospira interrogans serovar Canicola (≥ 107), Leptospira interrogans serovar Pomona (≥ 107) and Leptospira Kirschneri serovar Grippotyphosa (≥ 107).
Forms of use and administration:
It is recommended to vaccinate dogs in good general health, with correct nutritional development, free of parasites, without fever. Avoid as much as possible stressful situations produced by adverse environmental conditions. Using a sterile syringe and needle, aseptically extract the diluent and reconstitute the lyophilized fraction. Shake until a homogeneous suspension is obtained. Administer 1 ml subcutaneously or intramuscularly.
Initial vaccination plan:
In puppies from 6 weeks of age, apply a minimum three-dose program with an interval of 3-4 weeks between each dose. If the last dose was administered before 16 weeks of age, an additional dose is recommended because maternal antibodies may interfere with the development of the puppy’s immune response. Avoid contact of the animal with potential sources of infection until the vaccination schedule has been completed.
